Civil Engineering Scientist, AI Developer and Entrepreneur
I am an engineering scientist with a PhD degree from the University of Central Florida. My research interests include intelligent transportation systems, connected automated vehicles, enhanced infrastructure assessment using artificial intelligence and mixed reality systems. During my PhD education, I co-founded Connected Wise and have been leading the company since 2018.
I created Connected Wise to help the world's transportation become smarter and connected. Our company was awarded an SBIR grant by the U.S. DOT.
I designed a human-centered AI for insfrastructure inspection and integrated it into a Mixed Reality system. I have become an AI scientist, published many journal articles and attended numerous conferences.
I led many overseas transportation projects, designed highspeed railways, bridges and roadways.
I gained a deeper engineering insight at the most competitive technical university in Turkey.
I graduated with honors from Turkey's topmost university. Bogazici gave me a world vision! I had a chance to be an exchange student at the University of Oklahoma.
